Return & Exchange Policy – FRAME
At FRAME, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. Therefore, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- A manufacturing defect in the product (such as scratches, cracks, or any flaw affecting functionality).
- Receiving a product in the wrong size or color that differs from the customer’s original order.
- To report any of the above cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will proceed with the return or exchange process within 7–10 business days.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Products that have been used, altered, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the error is on FRAME’s part (manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped), the company will cover all shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
- Customized products (made-to-order, engraved, or personalized items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- FRAME reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.
